I am happy to report that after much work, the interior roads for Phase 1 of the TOV project are completed. We are currently working on the new East Side Access road which has been lowered at the top by roughly 2 meters (to reduce the steepness at the top of the road), drainage channels for this newly lowered road, and a second reinforced retaining wall at the cul-de-sac at Lots 26, 27 & 28.
When this work is completed, we will be paving the first coat of asphalt on the East Side Rd., installing the finish stone/concrete liners for the new East Side drainage channels, and applying additional asphalt as needed on the roads already paved with a single layer
